Breathe to clear your negative energy

Deep breathing (diaphragmatic breathing) relieves stress and heals your body. Breathing positively affects the heart, the brain, digestion, the immune system. Matt Solan at Harvard Health says, “This simple act interrupts the fight-or-flight response and puts it on pause. Over time, belly breathing can buffer your resistance to your fight-or-flight response, so you are not as sensitive to stress triggers.”

Take deep belly breaths in through your nose and out through your nose. Gently work up to 5 seconds each.

Breathe in Divine energy. Exhale to clear your negative energy as you visualize negative thoughts and feelings leaving you.
Activate your senses pushes away negative energy
Relax your mind and body by focusing on your senses. Activate each sense (5-4-3-2-1 technique) focuses your attention to the here-and-now as a way to quiet racing thoughts and anxiety. This is a mindfulness approach.

Smile
A smile can magically clear negative energy for yourself and others. Not only is a smile contagious, it tells every cell in your body you are safe. A smile releases neuropeptides that help to fight off the effects of stress, lower blood pressure, and act as an overall mood-lifter. Positive emotions and expressions have the power to shift our mindset and influence our experiences. Smiling tricks your brain into happiness by releasing feel-good dopamine and serotonin in the brain. Dopamine increases our feelings of happiness. Serotonin release is associated with reducing stress and depression.
Energy motion
Feeling stuck with anxiety or emotional pain? According to Harvard brain scientist Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor’s 90 Second Rule: “When a person has reaction to something, there’s a 90-second chemical process that happens; any remaining emotional response is just the person choosing to stay in that emotional loop.” Thoughts reactivate the emotion loop.
When you’re stressed, pause for 90 seconds to label what you are feeling (i.e., I’m getting angry) tamps down activity in the amygdala. Here are a few other ways to get the emotions out of the body:
