            Struggling with fear? Energy healing

            We help you transform fear to love, greater peace, and joy. Most fear is learned behavior. We help you understand and heal the root causes of your fear that are often lodged deep within. Balanced and able to access the real radiant you feel better equipped to deal with life’s challenges.

            Fears such as unlovableness, unworthiness, rejection, fear of failure, fear of lack—money, can’t do this…. Fear “bad” people. Fear punishment. And THE fear—that God does not love me.

             

            The Fear Questions

            Deepak Chopra, Louise Hay, Access Consciousness Bars, and others teach the value of asking questions to surface our unconscious beliefs.

            • What does the fear give me? A dopamine or adrenaline rush. Fear, deep meditation, and excitement give me the same high.

            • What other addictions does the fear feed? I love the high of getting a healing. Someone totally focuses on my wellbeing, my “issues”, my “hurts”, whatever I deemed was “bad” about me.

            • What do I do when I felt fear? Avoid the feelings and the triggers.

            • How do I self-soothe? This question gets at behaviors I want to address and/or change. From ages 12 to 29, I reached for drugs and alcohol. After 19, occasionally sex and relationships distracted. Definitely food—ice cream and chocolate have been favorites. Exercise keeps my chemistry balanced. Nature….

            • What else is possible?

             

            How do I give up fear?

            What if I stopped feeling fear? My coaches from psychology and spiritual development say:

            1. Face the fear and relearn. Systematically desensitize yourself by progressively exposing more anxiety-provoking stimuli with intermittent relaxation techniques to respond to the situation. For example, if you are afraid of snakes, you might watch one first, then eventually touch and ultimately hold the snake to desensitize yourself.

            2. Take care of yourself. Sometimes fear is simply the body reacting to self-abuse. Breathe. Get enough sleep and movement. Eat the right foods in moderation. Moderate/avoid alcohol. Get in nature. Give yourself Reiki.

            3. Uncover the source of your fear. Many years of energy healing, spiritual counsel, and some psychotherapy have helped me.

            4. Realize the triggers. A diary helps to track and learn triggers.

            5. Know where it lives in the body. Free it. Breathe and release the tension. Yoga, a walk in nature, exercise, laughter with loved ones and friends, and healings work for me.

            6. Stop feeding the fear. Change your negative thoughts. Unplug and substitute a new thought. Distract yourself like you might do for a three-year old.

            7. Create feel-good substitutes for fear. Do something that makes you happy every day.

            8. Learn that pain brings valuable insights.

            9. Get healing. Prayer and meditation, talk therapy, energy healing, self-help books, and loved ones will bring you to the light. Go to a doctor, and check your chemistry. There may be a physical reason for the fear.
