Give Yourself Chakra Healing

1. Command your chakras to open. Just as you can consciously take a deep breath, you can command your chakras to open.
2. Command each chakra to rotate to your left. To understand the direction, hold your left arm up and drop it. That is your left.

4. Give yourself a “Chakra Balancing” by commanding and visualizing energy flowing through each chakra. Visualize the energy flowing left-to-right and right-to-left, up-and-down, inside-and-out, front-to-back and back-to-front.
