Sound Healing provides Chakra Healing

According to Healthline, “You are a living energy field. Your body is composed of energy-producing particles, each of which is in constant motion. Harvard researchers say that music creates calm, relieves pain, and helps you heal injuries faster. In energy language, music and sound can restore your song.

On the energy level, sound healing restores resonance to the chakras. You have seen musical instruments tune each when played. Sound Healing creates Chaka Healing (Chakra Balancing) by re-tuning your chakras to their optimal vibration.

Difference between Sound Healing vs. a Sound Bath

Sound Healing or Crystal Singing Bowls can be called a Soundbath. Like Sound Healing, Sound baths involve lying or sitting comfortably while being bathed in the sounds and vibrations of various instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. A sound bath can also apply to a group of people enjoying Sound Healing.

Research shows Sound Healing reduces depression and anxiety

Sound Healing or “Sound Meditation increases feelings of relaxation and decreases feelings of stress. Depressed mood and anxiety scores were significantly reduced post-meditation compared with pre-meditation. Chakra Healing correspond to musical notes

Each chakra has its own sound that corresponds to the notes of the music scale. When you feel “off”, your vibration needs to be retuned just as you would retune a musical instrument. Sound healing bowls quickly re-tunes or balances your chakras, but try other instruments to see the power of sound to heal you. Each chakra also has an associated sacred vowel sound.
