Sit comfortably. Relax your body. Breathe deeply and slowly.

Set an intention: “I choose to keep the peace and clarity from my Reiki healing.”

Hands over your heart or crown. Imagine Reiki light filling your body and aura. You may want to put your hands on the top of your head (Crown Chakra) and put your hands on each chakra as you relive your Healing, filling with the Reiki Healing energy.

Ground: See the light flowing down your spine into the Earth.

When your mind wanders, smile, notice it, and return to your breath. That gentle return is meditation.
Tip: If you’ve learned Reiki, give yourself a few self-Reiki hand positions before or after the meditation to refresh your field.

No. Reiki heals. Meditation supports and extends your Reiki healing.
How often should I meditate?
Most people do well with 5–10 minutes a day, especially in the 3-4 days after a Reiki session.

That’s a sign you may need another Reiki Healing or Energy Clearing. Meditation helps you hold results, but Reiki moves the big blocks.
